Welcome to Pheasant Run Pony Farm
Pheasant Run Pony Farm is located in Northeast Indiana in the middle of 92 acres. Approximately 75 acres of the farm is untouched former farmland that contains thousands of pheasants in the tall grass as well as many deer. Our small farm was created to raise, breed, and show Classic and Modern Pleasure ShetlandPonies. Our focus is on raising an outstanding show pony and training an occasional riding pony.
Our goal is to breed beautiful ponies with great dispositions to be around our two young children. We have chosen some outstanding ponies with outstanding style, conformation, disposition, and pedigree for our breeding program.
Our ponies are direct descendents of ponies who are, or have produced, national champions such as Michigan's Hart Breaker (National Champion and HOF), Xanadu (Superior Dam, Produced Four National Champion Colts), Pony Vista's Hi-Lee, Knights To-A-Te, AGS Hi-Lee Extreme (National Champion and HOF), Raven of Bird Haven (Double Superior Sire, 1992 National Champion and has produced 13 HOF off-spring), Moose Meadow Te-Bone (1999 Jr. National Champion), and Double Stuf (1996 Congress Grand Champion, Superior Sire, HOF).
Our current herd Sires are Mr. Unique and Moose Meadow Te-Bone.
Please take some time and look at our ponies. Our website is a working document with constant changes and updates. If you see something that interests you or you have questions, please email us, and we will attempt to answer any question you may have.
